X:75) John Bennet and Mary, his wife, of the Township of Newark in the County of Essex, conveyed to Israel Miller of the Township of Saddle River, for $200, an undivided third part of a tract in the Township of Saddle River, the whole lot being 180 acres after allowance for highways.
